Food Service:
Priced per person, for standard or customized menus.
Beverage Service:
You are charged for the type of beverage and the amount consumed, not the entire amount
delivered to the event site. Cravings is fully licensed and carries liability insurance
for your protection. Approximate pricing quotes can be made per your event arrangements.
We can provide full service cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, punch, coffee, etc.
On-Site Staffing:
An hourly charge is assessed per Cravings employee including event time, set-up time
and clean-up. The hourly charge is 20.00 per hour, per server for most events. Cravings
employees are uniformed in black and white attire. Cravings employees are licensed,
trained, and insured for your quality assurance and protection.
Gratuity:
A 18% service charge is added to all food and beverage services.
A 20% service charge is added to food and beverage services for sit-down dinners.
Equipment:
We carry a full line of super quality china, flatware, glassware, table linens, tables,
chairs, portable bars, gazebos, dance floors, canopies, etc. Prices are quoted per your
event needs.

Confirmed Guest Count:
Required ten days prior to your event. This is the guaranteed number of guests
that Cravings prepares and charges for.
Event Estimate:
We are happy to provide you with a detailed event estimate once your menu, beverage,
equipment needs, etc. are selected. A event contract is written once you make you deposit.
