Watkins is a subsidiary of MASCO Corporation. Based in Taylor, Michigan, MASCO is one of the largest producers of home improvement, home furnishing and building products. MASCO purchased Watkins in 1986 where it joined a family of other quality home products manufacturers such as Delta Faucets, Thermador Appliances, Baldwin Hardware, Merillat Cabinets, Drexel Heritage, Lexington Furniture, and Robert Allan Fabrics, to name a few.

In addition to hot tub sales, ONSEN has operated a highly successful hot tub rental facility since 1981. The businesses complement each other, allowing us to show and service spas from a beautiful garden setting while offering the most competitive prices on HotSpring® Spas anywhere. With over 30 years experience and state-of-the-art products and equipment, the ONSEN name stands for quality in both rentals and sales.

We have maintained our high standards by offering a no-pressure, informative sales approach; the country’s LOWEST PRICES on HotSpring® Spas; and impeccable service to those people who buy hot tubs from us. Quoted prices include delivery (within 100 miles), set-up, a thorough spa orientation, and all needed accessories. The only potential extra costs are site preparation, and electrical hook-up. If these services are required, ONSEN provides free estimates and complete building contractor services (license #56641).

The entire shopping process is easy at ONSEN. Our facility is open for business from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, seven days a week. All HotSpring® Spa models are kept filled and heated, available for you to test soak at no cost or obli9gation. We are happy to come to your home for a free site inspection. For your reference, ONSEN will provide you with a list of current HotSpring® Spa Owners in your neighborhood. Finally, ONSEN excels in post-sale service. We are an official HotSpring® Spa Warranty Station, carrying a complete line of parts and supplies.
