TO: The U. S. House of Representatives &
U.S. Senate C/O Congressman Peter DeFazio of United
States of America
This is a petition for those people who are
interested in contacting our legislators & Union Representatives
who would like to express their desire to see that our
legislators strengthen laws that if any employee found it
impossible to find reasonable accommodation for an injury or an
impairment of any necessary life function whether any said
injury or impairment is caused by factors that are of
congenital, environmental, accidental, and/or aging in nature,
then & if these unfortunate employees became too disabled to
work because of a non-work related injury, illness, or due to an
impairment of a necessary life function & therefore could not
qualify for Workman’s Compensation & if these people do not have
available to them Social Security benefits and/or they & their
employer have paid into a medical disability insurance program
then these unfortunate employees should have a fair access of
the medical disability program that they & their employer have
paid into.
This is a petition for those people who are
interested in contacting our legislators & Union Representatives
who would like to express their desire to see that our
legislators strengthen laws that if any employee has no recourse
for reasonable accommodation or workman’s compensation that any
agency along with the insurance company who holds the disability
policy that the employee & employer has paid into then this
insurance company along with the employer must act in good faith
& help the claimant & the claimants physician to facilitate the
speed & efficiency of the worker to receive benefits.
