This is a petition for those people who are interested in contacting our legislators & Union Representatives who would like to express their desire to see that when employees are require to bring their employer medical documentation from their personal physician(s), and/or if the employer has their own medical personnel that has any say over the employees medical health and/or safety, then the medical personnel of any such employer whether they be in the private sector or the government sector should fall under the same legal accountability that any individual’s physician would fall under. 

Many social & union pundits & many employees that have experienced or observed negligence or incompetence by

the medical personnel employed by the employer, particularly medical personnel employed by the government sector.

This petition or letter of interest is to assert our rights as citizens & employees that this current system of non or limited accountability of medical personnel employed by government agencies or some employers in the private sector must be changed.
