- Cancellation:
The actual rental amount will be forfeited if less than 45 days notice
is given. Your deposit and taxes paid will be refunded immediately.
Every effort will then be made to rebook that time and your rental amount
will be returned to you less a $50 cancellation charge.

& New Year Holiday Prices are slightly more:
Rent totals
for these holidays are due and payable in full at the time the reservation
is confirmed. Cancellation policy above applies.
- Taxes:
The state of Hawaii requires that all licensed rental accommodations
be subject to state transient taxes. Please call or Email Susan
with any
questions.
- Additional
Days:
These are pro-rated.
- We will
not be held responsible for a) lost or stolen property, or b) personal
injury of any kind, or c) the weather!
- Since
Kauai is a small Pacific island, we occasionally (around 2-3 times a
year) have brief interruptions of water, power or cable service.
- Check-in
time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We will accommodate
a late check out if possible.

know if you are arriving after dark so she can leave plenty of lights
on for you.
- Ask about
extended stay discounts.
- Cribs
and highchairs are available for $20 each per week delivered and set
up.
